The Importance Of Actual Alone Time.
Honestly, I love being alone. But living in a share house, working Monday to Friday and in between spending time with friends and family on the weekends, catching solo time can be difficult. I don't mean taking a micro nap before heading out or sitting for twenty minutes to read a magazine. I'm talking serious, long term, all day absolute you time. Getting back in touch with your mind, body and soul. Real, unadulterated zen. I know it sounds like something you read on the back of a book that you found at a flea market. But I believe it's all too easy to forget yourself if you don't take some time to remember. I know you're busy, I'm busy, we're all busy but once you make the time, you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner.
