How To Rework Your Work-Drobe Without Having A Breakdown
So you've finally settled back into work after two numbing post-break weeks, buoyed by caffeine and caffeine only. But the problem still remains: what the hell are you going to wear every day for the next year?
I'm lucky enough to work for a business that allows us relative freedom with our 9-5 wear (like jeans are a-okay all the time). But with great power (read: no uniform) comes great responsibility (read: waking up an hour early to make a call).
Sometimes all you want to do in the morning is roll out of bed and grab a too-bright polo, ill-fitting black pants and clunky (but actually comfy) shoes. You want it to be easy. You want it be like it was when you worked at that supermarket when you were 17. Instead, every morning now begins with you staring glumly at your open wardrobe, coffee in hand and clothes distressingly askew on their hangers.
And while I have the utmost respect for those who have the foresight to plan their office attire the night before, I am not one of those people. I also can't do the whole Marie Kondo thing and therefore am lucky if I can actually even find a matching outfit to wear.
TLDR; I'm all for options that make it easier to get ready in the morning. We've got all the options to rework your workdrobe - without the stress. Take a peek below.
