Colours You Should Be Wearing This Season - That Aren't 'Millennial Pink'
The concept of 'Millennial Pink' kinda infuriates me - not because, I hate pink, because I really really don't - but because somehow it seems to cover every shade lighter than your Barbie-esque pink under its umbrella, from soft blush to baby pink. It's like calling every blue that looks similar just 'blue' - which Miranda Priestly has firmly cemented in our minds as a fashion sin.
There are apparently intricacies regarding the classification of any shade as Millennial Pink, but that's beside the point here. For now, let's leave Millennial Pink to Tumblr and Scandinavian designed couches, and focus on the colours to choose for your actual bod this season.
Light, lovely and easily amped up with lace trim or a hit of faux fur.
Sweet fig and deep berry tones are the perfect trans-seasonal alternative to your regular black.
Brighten up your 'robe with a splash of marigold - whether you pair with a neutral or double up for max impact.
For the colour-phobic, keep it simple but oh-so-cool.
Less military, more street style worthy.
